Q - What is your return policy?
A - MiShelli Designs must be contacted with 10 days of receipt of item. Items will be given a
verification code before they will be accepted. All items must be returned with tags undisturbed
and in excellent condition. If not the items will be considered used and no credit will be given.
Items MUST be returned in a secure padded envelope and insured! Shipping costs are NOT
Refundable for any reason. A credit or exchange may be given. Method will be discussed and
determined before item is returned. *Assuming item meets all requirements stated
above.* Satisfaction is guaranteed! If clarification is needed please Email Us!
Q - Is there an extra fee for Custom Orders?
A - No. However, there is a 50% non-refundable deposit required upon ordering.
Custom orders can only be returned for store credit!
Q - Is there an extra fee for resizing?
A - In most cases no! However, if 2" - 3" is requested, there may be an extra fee depending
on availability of beads and findings and item requested. Added costs will be clearly stated before
item is purchased.
Q - Do you accept credit cards?
A - Yes, all major credit cards are accepted through Paypal. A secure online website is used for
your safety. If you still feel insecure about ordering online, we will accept Checks or Money
Orders! However, it will delay shipping considerably. Items will not ship until monies have been
cleared.
